Work-study recruitment and selection is the process of attracting, selecting and hiring suitable candidates for temporary positions within your organization. It includes the entire process, from drafting recruitment texts to selecting the perfect match. We are based at Eindhoven University of Technology and focus specifically on recruiting working students. This means we focus on finding the most suitable and talented students for your temporary vacancies.

Euflex Technificient, a subsidiary of TU/e, is centrally located on campus, surrounded by lots of talent. With 6300 TU Eindhoven students in our network, you can choose from the best candidates. With an average recruitment speed of under 7 days, your vacancy will be filled quickly.
Recruitment and selection step by step:
- Job posting: A recruitment text must be written for the vacancy. We prepare the job description together with the client. Together we discuss the desired job requirements and competencies.
- Recruiting Students: We do the recruiting for you! We recruit within our network of 6,300 students at Eindhoven University of Technology. We share vacancies through all our channels. This includes our platform, social media and more than 1000 screens at TU/e hanging next to elevators and at other waiting areas.
- Select the most suitable student for the job: We select candidates for you and schedule an interview so you can choose the best candidate.
Found the perfect match? Then you just need to start preparing for the start of the new work student. We take care of the contracts, any work permits and payroll administration.
Costs
As an employer, you only pay for the hours worked by the work student. The work student is employed by EuFlex Technificient and sent to the client. The gross hourly wage is determined by the customer.
The student’s hourly wage is increased by our factor for a comprehensive hourly rate. The essential elements of our factor are insurance, salary, mark-up and employer charges at EuFlex Technificient.
