Request secondment or payrolling
Contract period
Specific agreements apply to secondment and payrolling services through EuFlex for TU/e, including customized pricing and minimum contract terms.
- Regular personnel: Minimum of 3 months when recruitment and selection are handled directly by TU/e (payrolling).
- Regular personnel: Minimum of 6 months when recruitment and selection are executed by EuFlex (secondment).
- Temporary personnel for short-term projects: Minimum of 1 month when recruitment and selection are handled directly by TU/e (payrolling).

No severance pay obligations
If a temporary contract is not converted into a permanent internal contract, no severance or redundancy pay obligations (wachtgeldverplichting) arise for TU/e.

Payrolling through EuFlex provides a highly practical solution for staffing coverage during sick leave, maternity leave, sabbaticals, or other absences. The duration and scope of deployment can be adjusted flexibly.
Solid pension provisions
While temporary personnel do not accumulate an ABP pension, they do receive employer-funded pension build-up through EuFlex. This guarantees excellent standards of corporate employment, even for short-term contracts.
VAT exemptions
All professional staffing and payroll services provided by EuFlex are fully exempt from VAT (BTW).
Aligned with CAO-NU and TU/e policies
EuFlex strictly adheres to the Collective Labor Agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO-NU) and active internal TU/e regulations, ensuring absolute consistency in employment conditions and compliance policies.
Free internal transfer possibilities
If desired, a regular employee can be transferred directly to the internal payroll of TU/e after three months of payrolling at zero additional cost, allowing top talent to be seamlessly retained within the organization.
