Payrolling – secondment
This service offers the flexibility to employ staff recruited by either EuFlex or yourself, allowing you to outsource legal employer responsibilities. The respective employee is legally employed by the EuFlex organization, which then assigns the employee exclusively to the client. The client remains responsible for the daily supervision, planning, management, and training of the personnel.
