Privacy Statement EuFlex
We would like to explain what information we collect and use when you visit our website, upload your resume via our application portal, or are seconded, placed, or supervised through us. We explain why we need this information, with whom we share it, and who has access to it. We also indicate how long we retain information and what rights you have with regard to your information.
This Privacy Statement applies to all services provided by Euflex B.V. and Euflex Employment Services B.V. (mediation, recruitment and selection, temporary employment, payroll, secondment, career counseling, assessments, payroll administration, and personnel management, hereinafter referred to as: the services).
Use of our services
1. Job applicant
- Purpose: Assessment of suitability, communication, talent pool.
- Legal basis: Performance of agreement, legitimate interest.
- Recipients & Systems: Internal employees, Jobteaser, Carerix,
clients - Transfer outside EEA: No.
- Retention period: 4 weeks after procedure, max. 1 year with consent.
- Automated decision-making: No.
- Further use: Anonymized reports.
- Processed data: First name, last name, address, place of residence, gender,
date of birth, resume, diplomas, passport photo, email address, nationality, information
about education.
2. Customers
- Purpose: Relationship management, invoicing, service provision.
- Legal basis: Performance of agreement, legal obligations (e.g., tax).
Recipients & Systems: CRM system, accounting software, internal
employees. - Transfer outside EEA: No.
- Retention period: 7 years (tax retention obligation).
- Automated decision-making: No.
- Further use: Reports, customer analyses.
- Processed data: First name, last name, address, place of residence, email address,
bank account number, Chamber of Commerce number.
3. Temporary worker
- Purpose: Placement with clients, payroll administration, guidance.
- Legal basis: Performance of employment contract, legal obligations.
- Recipients & Systems: Easyflex, AFAS, clients, Tax and Customs Administration.
- Transfer outside the EEA: No.
- Retention period: 7 years after end of employment.
- Automated decision-making: No.
- Further use: Anonymous policy reports.
- Processed data: First name, last name, address, place of residence, gender,
date of birth, social security number, resume, diplomas, personnel documents, copy of ID
proof, work permit, passport photo, marital status, email address, nationality,
information about education, data about availability, employment history
and leave, bank account number, VAR and VOG declarations, other matters
to the extent required by law or to the extent that permission has been given
by you.
4. Payroll employees Purpose: Remuneration, contract management, tax processing.
- Legal basis: Performance of agreement, legal obligations.
- Recipients & Systems: Easyflex, Tax and Customs Administration, AFAS.
- Transfer outside EEA: No.
- Retention period: 7 years.
- Automated decision-making: No.
- Further use: Anonymous wage cost analyses.
- Processed data: First name, last name, address, place of residence, gender, date of birth, social security number, resume, diplomas, personnel documents, copy of ID
proof, work permit, passport photo, marital status, email address, nationality,
information about education, data about availability, employment history
and leave, bank account number, VAR and VOG declarations, other matters
to the extent required by law or to the extent that permission has been given
by you.
5. Internal employee
- Purpose: HR administration, remuneration, development.
- Legal basis: Performance of employment contract, legal obligations.
- Recipients & Systems: BDO, Teams, managers, occupational health and safety service.
- Transfer outside the EEA: No.
- Retention period: 7 years after termination of employment.
- Automated decision-making: No.
- Further use: HR reports.
- Processed data: First name, last name, address, place of residence, gender,
date of birth, social security number, resume, diplomas, personnel documents, copy of ID
, work permit, passport photo, marital status, email address, nationality,
information about education, data about availability, employment history
and leave, bank account number, VAR and VOG declarations, other matters to the extent required by law or to the extent that permission has been given
by you.
6. Website visit
- Purpose: Website usage analysis, marketing optimization.
- Legal basis: Consent (via cookie banner), legitimate interest.
- Recipients & Systems: Google Analytics, marketing tools.
- Transfer outside the EEA: No.
- Retention period: Max. 26 months (Google Analytics).
- Automated decision-making: No.
- Further use: Marketing statistics.
- Processed data: IP address.
7. Career advice
- Purpose: Guidance, coaching, development programs.
- Legal basis: Performance of agreement, consent.
- Recipients & Systems: Coaches, career platforms, Teams.
- Transfer outside EEA: No.
- Retention period: 2 years after completion of program.
- Automated decision-making: No.
- Further use: Anonymized evaluations.
- Processed data: First name, last name, address, place of residence, gender,
date of birth, resume, diplomas, passport photo, email address, nationality, information
about education.
We collect and/or use this data only for the purposes for which it is intended.
If we wish to use it for other purposes, we will ask for permission to do so.
We will not disclose this data to third parties.
Data may be provided to the following parties:
- Authorities that are legally authorized to request personal data, such as the police;
If applicable, with lawyers or legal assistants; - Companies with which Euflex has a processing agreement: Easyflex, AFAS,
BDO, Carerix, Jobteaser, Recruit Robin. - The various departments and faculties of TU/e and/or Euflex;
- Clients looking for suitable candidates, to whom your CV will be provided in any case,
always after you have given your consent.
We do not share the information with other parties, except as described in this privacy statement.
When information is shared within our company, our employees must treat it confidentially.
Processed data and data sharing per department
Search & Select, Career Counseling and Contract & Payrolling Services
We process personal data in order to correctly carry out recruitment and selection processes, career guidance, and
contract and payroll administration. This may include:
- Personal and contact details (such as name, address, date of birth, email address,
phone number); - CV, diplomas, cover letters, education and work history;
- Availability, salary indication, contractual details, time registration;
- Identification details (copy of ID, social security number, work permit if applicable);
- Bank account number and any additional documents (such as certificate of good conduct),
only with your consent.
Data is shared with:
- Clients or TU/e faculties if relevant and always with your consent;
- Processors with whom we have an agreement (e.g., AFAS, BDO,
Carerix, Recruit Robin); - Legally authorized authorities when necessary.
Examples:
- A candidate applies for a position at TU/e: we use their CV and cover letter to
assess the match and contact them by email or phone. - For career advice: interview reports and test results are only used internally
or shared with permission. - For payroll: social security number and copy of ID are required for tax obligations; timesheets
are processed for salary paymentg.
EuFlex Technificent
For secondment and project placements, we process personal data of
professionals, trainees, and students. This includes:
- Personal and contact details (name, address, date of birth, email address,
nationality, passport photo); - CV, diplomas, availability, employment history;
- Identification details (copy of ID, social security number, work permit if applicable);
- Bank account number, contractual details, and any certificate of good conduct.
Data may be shared with:
- Clients for temporary placements (with your consent);
- TU/e departments in the context of projects;
- Back-office partners such as Easyflex and BDO for contract and payroll administration;
- Platforms such as JobTeaser (with a processing agreement);
- Legally authorized authorities if required.
Examples
- A graduate engineer is placed at a high-tech company: diploma and resume
demonstrate educational level, ID and social security number are required for the contract,
bank account number for salary payment, and if required, we request a certificate of good conduct
with permission.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to view, modify, or delete your data.
You may also object to the use of your data, for example for marketing purposes.
If we use your data based on your consent, you may withdraw this consent at any time.
You can do so by sending an email to: info@euflex.nl.
It is possible that EuFlex may not be able to comply with a request. However, this will always be
substantiated and based on an exception under the GDPR.
Do you have a complaint about how we handle your data? Then we would like to hear from you. If the
complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can also submit a complaint to our Data Protection Officer
via functionarisgegevensbescherming@tue.nl
If you feel that your complaint has not been handled properly, you can also submit a complaint at the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Reporting a (suspected) data breach
If you are a temporary or flex worker, or a visitor to our website(s), and you witness
a (suspected) data breach, please report this as soon as possible via
info@euflex.nl.
A data breach is an incident in which personal data has been lost, altered,
viewed without authorization, or made public. Your report will help us to take swift action
and, if necessary, report the data breach to the Dutch Data Protection Authority
within the statutory period of 72 hours.
We treat reports confidentially and take appropriate measures to limit the impact
and prevent recurrence.
Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to gain insight into the use of
our website and to improve it based on visitor behavior. For this purpose,
cookies are placed that collect information about, for example, pages visited, keywords used,
and click behavior.
This information, including (anonymized) IP addresses, is passed on to Google
and stored on servers in the United States. We have not given Google permission
to use this data for other Google services.
We use Google’s Consent Mode, which means that tracking only takes place after you
have given your explicit consent via our cookie banner. In addition, we have
taken measures to protect your privacy, such as anonymizing IP addresses and setting a limited retention period for data.

Lead gen forms
When you contact EuFlex Technificent via an advertisement or lead form on LinkedIn, we process the personal data you provide to us through that form. This may include your name, business contact information, job title, company name, and any additional information you enter or select.
We use this data to:
- process your request;
- contact you regarding your interest in our services;
- schedule an introductory meeting, consultation, or appointment;
- analyze and improve our campaigns and services.
We process this data only to the extent necessary to follow up on your request and provide our services. The data may be shared with EuFlex employees and with systems or service providers engaged by us to support us in lead follow-up, relationship management, scheduling, or marketing automation, to the extent necessary for these purposes.
We do not retain this data longer than necessary for the follow-up of your request, our customer relationship management, and any legal obligations. If you also give consent via the form for additional communications, we will use your data for that purpose as well, until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
