At EuFlex you can declare hours digitally with the AFAS Pocket App.
In the app you can (among other things):
- change your bank account number;
- view payslips;
- view annual statements;
- inform us about a change of address;
- declare work from home allowance;
- declare travel costs commuting;
- declare other costs;
- declare leave.
How do you declare your work from home allowance and travel cost commuting?
You declare these costs via the AFAS Pocket app. You do this once a month before the 15th of the month. You then declare the travel allowance once per month in one declaration and the work from home allowance in one declaration. So you do two declarations per month. It may be the case that one of the two does not apply to you. Then it is of course not necessary to make a declaration for this. Below you can find the manual that explains the steps.

How do you declare leave?
You inform us of your leave via the AFAS Pocket app. Before you inform us, this leave must be approved by your manager. Informing us of the leave is only for registration. The collective closing days and the 60% regulation between Christmas and New Year have already been registered by Euflex. You can also view your current leave balance. How do you install the app?
Go to the store (Google Play or App Store) and search for “AFAS pocket app”.
Click this QR code on your phone:
Or hold your phone’s camera over the QR code above.
You will then receive an email with a 6-digit code.
Enter this code into the app or press the code if you have opened the e-mail on your phone.
