EuFlex is the employer (completely risk-free): Recruit students and pay hourly. We handle recruitment, selection, contracts, insurance, administration, and even visas for international students.
You’re the employer (lower costs): Recruit students and pay per hour. We handle the recruitment and selection, and you hire the candidate directly. This reduces your costs, but increases your risk.
Search and select a starter: We’ll find the right starter talent for your organization. The fee is 20% of the gross annual salary, including benefits, excluding VAT.
