Costs depend on the service model you choose. Here is an overview:
Working students (Connect Partner): €10 service fee per hour worked plus cost price (gross wage + employer payroll taxes). You can choose whether EuFlex or your company acts as the official employer.
Recruitment & Selection (graduates/alumni): 20% of the gross annual salary, no cure no pay.
Single graduate vacancy: €495 flat fee.
Internship placement: €50 per 4 weeks, or €250 per year for unlimited listings.
Premium Partner: €300 per month (includes 10 vacancies, zero placement fees).
Exclusive Partner: €500 per month (includes unlimited vacancies + premium campus visibility).

We strictly follow the NBBU CAO for agency workers and apply the equal pay principle. The student must be compensated according to your company’s CAO or internal payment regulations. If your organization does not have a CAO or specific rules for student workers, the remuneration is based on the official TU/e regulations for student assistants. EuFlex can place students in any position within TU/e that operates with a designated cost center (kostenplaats). It does not matter whether they are registered TU/e students or enrolled at another university or university of applied sciences (HBO). It is crucial to specify this during the placement request for administrative alignment and minor system configurations.

Because we join our clients in encouraging students to excel both in their academic studies and their side jobs, placements typically range between 8 to 16 hours per week. Occasionally this may increase, depending entirely on the student’s individual curriculum and exam scheduling.

Yes, through our dedicated internship placement service, you can put your assignment in front of more than 13,000 TU/e students. You can choose a single listing for €50 (4 weeks) or an unlimited package for €250 (full year).

Vacancies for student side jobs and graduate career positions are fully listed on our portal. We also host internal TU/e jobs and regular full-time corporate opportunities.

Students are placed across a highly diverse array of roles in both high-tech enterprises and non-technical firms. Listings vary significantly, ranging from temporary support positions and engineering project teams to advanced laboratory research. Your compensation is determined by the specific Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) utilized by the employer. If the hiring company does not fall under a CAO framework, we advise them to match the official TU/e remuneration metrics for student assistants. In most cases, the gross hourly rate is explicitly stated within the job listing. If it isn’t listed, please reach out to us for clarification.

When you submit an application through us, our team performs an initial screening for the client. This curated selection of students is presented to the employer, after which you proceed into the client’s own application pipeline. Usually, this consists of 1 to 3 interviews (typically 1 interview for side jobs and up to 3 rounds for graduate roles). In some instances, an assessment or technical proficiency test may be included, depending entirely on the employer’s requirements. Following successful rounds, the client makes the final hiring decision.

Yes, EuFlex Technificent frequently has short-term, temporary positions available. This is ideal if you are looking to secure a relevant technical side job specifically during university holiday periods.

For Dutch and EU students falling under the modern loan system (implemented from 2015 onward) at HBO or University levels, there are no legal restrictions on supplementary income. If you fall under an older system, specific thresholds apply where exceeding them requires repaying parts of your student finance. Check the official DUO website for the exact up-to-date income caps.
For international NON-EU students, the rules differ significantly. You are permitted to work a maximum of 16 hours per week OR full-time during the summer months (a combination of both is legally prohibited). Furthermore, a work permit (TWV) must always be requested under the responsibility of EuFlex. We manage this application process for you, though both the student and employer must take into account that processing can take between 2 to 6 weeks before the permit is formally granted.
