The drive of organizations to add value to society through their own economic performance. EuFlex takes responsibility. At EuFlex, we believe that social responsibility starts in your immediate surroundings. That is why we work together with colleagues, students, candidates, and clients toward a more sustainable, social, and inclusive workplace. Here are a few examples from our daily practice:
Corporate Social Responsibility

Intro shirts: more sustainable for and with students
During the introduction weeks of 2024 and 2025, we sponsored the introduction shirts for student associations. We made extra budget available to enable responsible choices: shirts made from organic cotton, sustainable printing methods, and reduced waste through smart purchasing. Together with the Go Green Office, we help student associations realize their sustainability goals.
A sustainable Christmas choice for clients
Last Christmas, we offered our clients three sustainable gift options, including a donation to the food bank. Many opted for a donation, allowing us to make a generous contribution. Furthermore, visiting the food bank was educational and inspiring. A festive and warm gesture with a tangible social impact.

Making the TU/e campus greener together with clients
We organized a “Green Campus” event with clients and colleagues. Accompanied by an ecologist, we learned more about nature conservation on campus. We cleaned birdhouses and removed invasive weeds. A fun and eco-friendly way to connect, catch up, and contribute to biodiversity on the campus. Networking can be both sustainable and educational!
A more conscious approach to giveaways
We made a conscious decision to stop distributing unnecessary or non-sustainable gadgets at events. Instead, we now hand out apples featuring our logo—a fresh, green, and waste-free alternative to plastic trinkets or promotional stickers. If we give something away, it must be useful, reusable, or fully biodegradable. In this way, we strive to reduce waste and make more conscious purchasing choices.
