Development and/or selection assessment

A development or selection assessment gives helpful insight into the skills and qualities of a candidate. EuFlex gives an overview of a candidate’s capacities to make sure that possible ‘risks’ are minimized.

An assessment shows the stronger and weaker qualities of a candidate. Based on these findings EuFlex gives a tailor-made advice to both our client and candidate.

Career (re)orientation

Technology is the most important catalyst for change and innovation worldwide. Reorganizations, internationalization, and technological development demand continuous attentiveness ad flexibility from employees and employers. Euflex support employees during the process of (re)orientation within or outside of your company or organization. We help you to answer vital question such as ‘Who am I?’, ‘What do I want?’ and ‘What am I good at?’.

Labour market orientation

Employees are asked to steer their own career in an innovative and extremely dynamic labour market. That is not at all an easy task. Euflex, a wholly owned TU/e subsidiary and located in the heart of the campus, closely follows the developments on the labour market. Outplacement
